OptiView overview:
Pilkington OptiView™ is a colour-neutral, anti-reflective glass featuring a durable pyrolytic (on-line) coating. It can be used in both monolithic and laminated applications. With the anti-reflective coating applied to one surface, Pilkington OptiView™ significantly reduces visible light reflectance, allowing more light to pass through compared to standard clear float glass, which typically has 8% light reflectance.
Benefits:
• Reduced light reflectance for enhanced clarity
• UV control, helping to absorb UV light and minimize damage and fading from UV radiation
• Long-lasting durability with a robust pyrolytic coating that is easy to process
This makes Pilkington OptiView™ ideal for applications where both aesthetics and performance are key.
Applications:
• Can be used both commercially and residential
• Window displays,
• Shop windows,
